Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I was four years old when the Lord captured my heart. Growing up, my music educators were highly influential to me, and I spent about as much time in the band hall as I did at home. After graduating from high school, I left Dallas for Waco (I love Waco.) and Baylor University. I pursued a degree in Instrumental Music Education and played the French Horn. It was there that I met my wife, Jillian, who (fun fact) also plays the French Horn! During my time in college, my relationship with the Lord grew to be far more personal, and it continues to do so now as He shapes me into who I was made to be. Jillian and I graduated from Baylor in 2019 and became The Diffees in 2020. We left Waco for Houston where I taught music at an elementary school for 2 years. During the second year, the Lord placed an undeniable call to ministry on my heart. For a year we wrestled with that call, and in September of 2022, I joined the staff at The Harbor!
