In 2001, I founded the Gomers, the fan family of my favorite Christian band, Third Day. (At one time, we had over 40,000 members worldwide!) I enjoyed my 15 minutes of fame as “Mama Gomer” and used my knowledge of the music industry to help organize the many concerts we’ve had here at The Harbor. In February of 2017, I began as a volunteer doing graphics and social media for The Harbor. In October of 2018, I took the next step in that role and was hired on as Communications Coordinator. My husband, Dan, and I made The Harbor our church home in 2004. We love to spend time with our family, our son Jordan, his wife Andrea, and our grandson Driver; and our son Asher, his wife Hollee, and our grandsons Orion and Phoenix!
