Thank you for allowing us to pray with you,
and for praying for others!

This prayer wall exists to enable the local church and people located within the Bay Area of Houston, Texas, to share our needs with one another and pray for one another. If The Harbor is not your church home, or if you are located outside of the Houston, Texas, area, we encourage you to connect with a local church where you live.

Please fill out the form below with as much information as you feel comfortable giving. You will be given the option to post it anonymously, with your first name, or to not share it publicly at all (in which case, only our Prayer Team will see it and pray over it). Each submission will be moderated before it is posted, so there will be a delay before the request is public. If you wish to submit an additional request after your first one has been submitted, just hit the refresh button on your browser. The page will be renewed, and you will be able to add another prayer request. Requests remain on the Prayer Wall for about 30 days. Please do not repost your request while it is still on the Wall. Many of our Harbor prayer warriors pray for requests many pages back, so even if your request is not on the front page, it is being prayed over.

Please take some time to pray for the other requests on the page below the form. When you do, you can click "I prayed for this" and an email will be sent to the person to let them know someone prayed. They won't know who it was, just that someone brought their need before the Lord today.

The Prayer Wall is moderated daily. If you would like a church staff person to pray with you, please contact the church office at 281-388-3500, Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. We would be honored to pray with you!

Dear Heavenly Father, We're so thankful for You, for your creation, and that you entered it to save us and bring us back into a right relationship....that we can come to you directly with our needs. Lord we pray for Jamie and her family and ask for healing and comfort. Father we ask that you give this family peace in this difficult time. We pray that their hope and trust is in you and your will in their lives. Father we ask for wisdom in her medical team, that their treatment plan is successful. Update on Hunter from his wife: “This is the hardest message to send. Hunter and I have been processing and we wanted our children to hear it first. Hunter and I just got home from MDA. We found out yesterday that the biopsy proved to be glioblastoma, terrible aggressive cancer. We are still processing this very devastating news. Hunter will more than likely have surgery next week to remove the tumors and then 2 weeks later he will start radiation and chemo.

Please, help me pray for my Mom who is a baptized Christian but has backslid in the last several years which in turn has caused our family to be cursed with the consequences of her bad decisions. It's like being handcuffed to someone evil when your mother acts bad. But she taught us kids about Jesus & that's why I still think she's a good mom who has done her job in life since teaching your children the way to get eternal life is all that matters in this life. She's worth it to me to pray for her.

My mom has been in a memory care unit for 2 years with dementia. She was diagnosed shortly after my dad died suddenly in August 2020. It seemed to have come out of nowhere and attacked swiftly. It is such an unfair and vicious disease! Yesterday , hospice came and gave her less than 6 months to live . They are taking her off of all medication except pain medicine. Please pray that she has no pain or suffering during this very difficult stage of the disease. God’s plan is always good. Thank you

Oh Father, we look to You in this time of need for this family! Particularly, we bring this mother before you, who is entering a very difficult stage of dementia. Father, may she know Your loving arms around her. May she know You are right there with her! And for her family - hold them in Your arms, Lord. It is so hard to watch someone we love suffer. We ask this in Jesus' Loving Name!

I need to lose at least 40 lbs in a healthy way. I was doing good for a minute and lost 5 lbs then got a bad cold for 2 weeks. Pray I can get back on it and do even better, lose the extra weight, and keep it off soon. It affects my happiness with my husband. Please, also pray for all of my family members who are dieting and exercising, that they are successful also. Lord, protect me and my entire family. Deliver us from every evil. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Heavenly father, we are each burdened by our sin. It keeps us from the path and the weight of shame we feel is more than we can bear. That is why You are so great, Lord. Please allow this child of Yours to have that burden lifted. May she find herself empowered by the Spirit. Let it be for Your glory and an example of the blessing it is to have such a glorious King as our King.
And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him. 
And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for.
