Devotional
Beyond our circumstances, Jesus offers peace for our souls. After His resurrection, Jesus spoke words of reconciliation and restoration to His disciples, assuring them of His forgiveness despite their failures. This peace is available to us as well, bridging the gap sin creates between us and God. Through faith in Jesus, our souls find rest and reconciliation, freeing us from guilt and shame and drawing us closer to Him. Whatever you are facing today, whatever your relationship status with Jesus, whatever sins may have been committed or what distance you’ve run from God—Jesus wants to reconcile with you.

What can the words of Jesus provide for us?

• Peace in our circumstances.
• Peace for our souls

Prayer
Gracious God, thank You for offering peace to my soul through Jesus. Help me to release my burdens and accept Your forgiveness. Restore and reconcile me to You, that I may live in the fullness of Your grace and love. Amen.
