prayer wall

Thank you for allowing us to pray with you,
and for praying for others!

Please fill out the form below with as much information as you feel comfortable giving. You will be given the option to post it anonymously, with your first name, or to not share it publicly at all (in which case, only our Prayer Team will see it). Each submission will be moderated before it is posted, so there will be a delay before the request is public. If you wish to submit an additional request after your first one has been submitted, just hit the refresh button on your browser. The page will be renewed, and you will be able to add another prayer request.

Please take some time to pray for the other requests on the page below the form. When you do, you can click "I prayed for this" and an email will be sent to the person to let them know someone prayed. They won't know who it was, just that someone brought their need before the Lord today.

The Prayer Wall is moderated daily. If you would like a church staff person to pray with you, please contact the church office at 281-388-3500, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. We would be honored to pray with you!

If you have any questions, please email Justin Baldwin.

“I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask,
My Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together
as My followers, I am there among them.”
~ Matthew 18:19-20

We are giving thanks to God for His mercies never fail, they are new every morning. Our grandson's 3 day COVID19 test came back negative. (The rapid result test give a false positive). He still has pneumonia, but, we are thankful he has been spared COVID19. The tests for those who came in contact with him are negative. We are thankful and deeply touched by the prayers for our grandson. Sadly, there are over 1,000 students in CCISD who have tested positive for COVID19 and need prayer.

Oh Father, thank you for your great care of this young man! Thank you for protecting him! Father, I ask, let this young man know that you are the One who looks after him and loves him deeply. Enlarge his heart to understand the great lengths you have gone to to show him your love. You are God, and you care for our physical bodies. I ask in Jesus' Name: continue to heal this young man of pneumonia, and also the many students who have tested positive for COVID! "He is the one who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who delivers your life from the Pit, who crowns you with his loyal love and compassion..." Psalm 103:3-4.
Thank you for your prayers. We have all tested negative and even more important, our grandson's 3 day COVID19 test came back negative. (Sometimes the rapid response test will give a false positive). He is still suffering with pneumonia, but, we thank God and thank you and give praise to God that we have been spared. We also found out that over 1,000 students in CCISD have COVID19 and need our prayers. God bless you. Wesley

Father, you desire us to be good stewards of all that we have been given by you - not just time or material possessions, but our physical bodies, too! Father, we ask in Jesus' name: help this person in this endeavor! Please give them motivation when it's needed. You created our bodies and you called them good! "God created humankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them. God saw all that he had made - and it was very good!" (Genesis 1:26, 30a). We trust you, Jesus, and ask all this in your Name!

Update: Brother-in-law passed into the glory of Jesus’ presence this morning. Here are just a few of the obvious blessings: He came home to home hospice, for just one day, so that family could be with him. (Re Covid) A cherished, troubled, grown child was there to tell his dad he loved him. Jesus made His presence known at the very end, taking Jack home. Praise our holy, pure, loving God!

Praise God for that connection! Father thank you for your grace, the kind of grace that brings a prodigal son to his father's bedside! Thank you for peace and joy that passes understanding, that we can be content in you even in the most trying times. Lord I pray that you would bring this son to saving faith and let him be a light to his family like his father was. We love you! In Jesus' name, Amen.
UPDATE! Thank you all so much for praying for my sister, Rene. I know it brought her alot of Peace and Comfort knowing so many were praying over her. Blessings to you all!

Father, thank you for Kevin's heart and the love he has for his sister. Lord, we continue to lift up Renee...I pray for peace and comfort for her especially thru the holiday season. I pray that you would touch her heart so that she looks to you and away from the loss that is still overwhelming. Lord, I pray that you give Kevin words to love and comfort his sister. In Jesus' name, Amen.
1. Prayers for my sister, who my 86 year old mom lives with. My sister is full of anger. She is unfortunately not taking the best care of my mom due to personal selfish reasons. My mom is in a wheelchair and has dementia. 2. Prayers for my friend Julie. To truly learn what friendship means and to truly value it. 3. Prayers for my ex husband, to co-parent and care about our son, rather than continuously concerned about hurting me. 4. Prayers for my daughter, Ashley.

Father, Thank you for the gift of prayer, that we can bring our praises, our hurts, our frustrations, and our fears to you, our father in heaven. Lord I would lift up Candy as she struggles with some of these frustrations. Father, give her peace in the knowledge that you are the sovereign God of the universe and faith that you are at work changing hearts and minds according to your will. I pray that you comfort Candy and that you would cause a change in some of these circumstances. Lord, you know our needs better than we do and we just ask that you guide us and show us your will. We Love you! In Jesus' name, Amen. Matthew 6:8 .....for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him!

Please keep my son in your prayers. We lost his father, my husband, to suicide a little over a year ago and we miss him so much and have so many unanswered questions.

O Lord, deliver us from evil and deceptions. In 2 Corinthians 1:4, "you comfort us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any kind of affliction, through the comfort we ourselves receive from God." Help us to seek and trust you more and see you revealing yourself. In Romans 8:18 (NLT2), "Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later." Amen!
And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him.
And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for.
I John 5:14-15
