Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young.
Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
- 1 Timothy 4:12
Welcome to Harbor Students!
At The Harbor, our Student Ministry is dedicated to nurturing the faith and growth of our middle and high school students. We believe that young people are not just the future of the church but are the church of today. We exist to create a vibrant and welcoming environment where students can encounter Christ, develop relationships with students their age as well as adult leaders, and grow in their faith.
What We Offer
- Weekly Gatherings: Join us for vibrant worship, thought-provoking teaching, and fun activities every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:15 PM. Our gatherings are designed to be a space where students can connect with God and each other.
- Small Groups: Dive deeper into God’s Word and build strong relationships in our small group settings. These groups meet after our Wednesday night service until 8:15 PM, and offer a safe place for open discussion and prayer. Small groups go beyond Wednesday nights in various ways and give students the chance to do life with peers who are seeking Jesus together.
- Special Events: From game nights to serving events and our yearly Summer Camp, we as a student ministry offer many opportunities for students to have fun, build their faith, and have awesome experiences through their middle school and high school years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register my student for Wednesday night?
There is no registration to attend our weekly student event for the first time. Your student will be greeted by a volunteer at the front door. There they will fill out a New Student Card to gather student and parent information. We highly suggest junior high parents to accompany their student on their first visit to ensure we get accurate information. After this they will be able to be checked in every week. We are excited for your student to check out Harbor Students!
Where should I drop and pick my kids up?
Pick up and drop off is done at the front of The Harbor. You will see that a drop-off loop goes through the parking lot and leads up near the front doors of the church. Please wait to drop off your student until they are at or near the front of the line in order to assure safety as students walk in on a Wednesday night.
Will food be provided?
Our cafe is open every Wednesday night. Your student can purchase pizza, soda, snacks, and candy for $1. Please have them bring cash in lower dollar amounts (1s, 5s, 10s, 20s).
How do you prioritize the safety of students?
We recognize that God has entrusted us to steward our students, so their safety is of utmost importance to our team. Student environments are supervised by volunteers who have undergone an intensive onboarding process including an application, in-person interview, background check, and sexual awareness training. We also have a police officer present on-site. Every student who attends on Wednesday night is checked in by our Glue Crew team. New students are asked to fill out a contact card with emergency contact information. If anything should happen, the parents of the students involved are contacted. If you have any additional questions regarding the practices or policies surrounding students’ safety, please contact us.
How do I get updates on events for Harbor Students?
We have a monthly newsletter with upcoming events, past teachings to watch, and all things Student Ministry. Please click here to email us to get our monthly newsletter.
