Commitment to Oneness - Day 2
on February 11th, 2025
Day 2 of 5-Day Devotional for the message "The Commitment to Oneness": In our world of competing priorities, it's easy to let important relationships slip out of proper order. God's design for marriage includes a clear hierarchy of relationships: God first, spouse second, and all others following after.   Read More

The Power of Marriage: More Than We Imagined
on February 2nd, 2025
Jesus says that in marriage, "the two are united into one" (Matthew 19:5). This is more than a legal agreement or a romantic bond—it is a divine connection. God takes two ones—adds Himself—and they become one, fused together at the deepest level. This is why marriage is deeply fulfilling and divorce is profoundly painful and destructive. When two people become one, they share in each other’s joys and struggles, victories and wounds. This connection is meant to bring strength and security, but when broken, it can leave deep, deep scars.  Read More

The Purpose of Marriage
on January 26th, 2025
Marriage is a sacred bond—a covenant designed by God to reflect His glory and His purposes. Yet, how often do we approach marriage with our own agendas? We hope for companionship, romance, or personal fulfillment. While these desires are natural and not inherently wrong, they are by-products, not the purpose, of marriage. Without understanding and pursuing God’s purpose, our marriages can feel incomplete—like something vital is missing.  Read More

Celebrating Singleness
on January 19th, 2025
Singleness is not a season to endure. It’s not something to simply wait out until something better comes along. Singleness can actually be that “something better.” It’s a status to celebrate. What is there to celebrate about singleness?  Read More

A Single Focus
on January 12th, 2025
Most of us have grown up with the idea that somewhere out there is "the one"—a soulmate who will complete us and make us whole. We’ve been conditioned to believe that life’s fulfillment hinges on finding this person. But what if we’ve been focusing on the wrong thing?  Read More

Why Should I Trust God?
on January 5th, 2025
Trust. It’s such a simple word yet carries profound weight. Who do you trust completely? Maybe you struggle to answer that question, especially if life has taught you that trust can be broken by those closest to you—friends, family, colleagues, or even yourself. But what about God? If He asked, “Do you trust me?” how would you respond? The truth is, trust in God can feel challenging, even for those of us who already believe. We may trust Him with our eternal souls yet hesitate to trust Him with our earthly circumstances. If you’ve ever felt this tension, know you’re not alone.  Read More

Sunday Devotional: Psalm 29
on December 29th, 2024
Have you ever stood in awe of nature’s power—felt the rumble of thunder from a nearby storm or watched waves crash endlessly against the shore? Such moments remind us of how small we are and how majestic creation is. As we close 2024 and step into 2025, let’s direct that sense of awe toward the Creator Himself. Psalm 29 gives us a powerful roadmap for honoring God in the year ahead.  Read More

A Message of Sacrifice
on December 24th, 2024
To understand the deeper meaning of Jesus’ birth, we must consider the shepherds of Bethlehem. These weren’t ordinary shepherds tending ordinary sheep. Historical and theological insights suggest they cared for lambs destined for sacrifice at the temple in Jerusalem. When a lamb was born, it was wrapped snugly in strips of cloth and laid in a manger to keep it unblemished for its sacrificial purpose. Luke 2:7-12 describes how Mary wrapped Jesus in similar strips of cloth and placed Him in a manger. To the shepherds, this wasn’t a coincidence; it was a divine sign.  Read More

Servant to All
on December 22nd, 2024
As we approach Christmas, the manger reminds us of the profound humility of Christ’s birth. He entered the world not in a palace but in a stable, sending a clear message: greatness is found in serving others. May we choose to embody this message, not just during the holiday season but every day. When we adopt the right perspective, understand the right purpose, and follow the right pattern, we reflect the heart of Christ to a world in need.  Read More

Strength in Submission
on December 16th, 2024
The Creator – who spoke the world into existence with the breath of His mouth – becomes part of His own creation. The all-powerful, sovereign, and in-control God becomes a helpless child with no control or ability at all, completely dependent on beings He created. This act was submission in its purest form.   Read More
